- Trouble shoot customer concern. Verified Multiple random misfires. Verified #4 cylinder random misfire. Removed valve cover and verified rocker arm not fully opening valve. Removed heads to replace all lifters. Installed new head gasket, cylinder head bolts ,spark plugs, antifreeze, oil filter, and oil. Road tested good. Inspected all safety items for state inspection. Inspection performed at Ram Country.
