- Trouble shoot customer concern. Ran diagnostic codes. Found codes P20ee and P2bad. Tested and verified NOX sensor upstream inoperable. Replaced sensor provided by customer. Technician ran codes and verified check engine light erased. Instrument cluster still showed truck in reduced power. Technician performed regeneration on truck. Truck would not regenerate. Performed pump Def pump test. Dropped def tank Performed manual activation of def pump and identified pump not activating. Removed def heater to inspect any blockage. Found def fluid pick up pipe with a break in it. Def pump ran dry due to not being able to create suction from break in def heater. Removed and replaced def heater and def pump. Ran manual pump test and verified fluid being pumped out of def pump. Ran regeneration and new code PO202E Ran test and verified no fluid spraying form def injector. Removed and replaced Def reluctant injector. Ran regeneration and code erased. Test drove and verified customer concern did not return.
