- Trouble shoot customer concern. Ran diagnostic trouble scan and found code for power steering code. Technician performed diagnostic test and verified all wiring to power steering module good. Removed and replaced Power steering module. New tie rods were included with module. Re set parameters and re calibrated new module. Took down to Thompson tire for alignment. Test drove and verified customer concern did not return.
