- Trouble shoot customers concern. Technician lifted vehicle and verified excessive play in ball joints, right side upper and lower tie rods bad. Drag link at pitman arm had excessive play. Removed and replaced all ball joints, Drag link right side upper and lower outer tied rods. Ran truck down to Thompson tire for alignment. Road tested and verified good.
